Ambassadors Lounge

An Ambassador Lounge experience at the Lyceum Theatre will make your trip to the theatre even more special. With a range of packages available including for children, there’s something for all theatregoers!

Access

The Lyceum Theatre is committed to providing access for all. We aim to achieve this by providing great facilities for access customers and ensuring our staff are on hand to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. You’ll also find a number of access performances throughout the year so everyone can enjoy the splendour of Disney’s Lion King.

Security

The Lyceum Theatre continues to make the safety and security of its customers and staff a priority. As such, please bear in mind that we may undertake bag checks, so recommend you leave extra time to avoid queues, and refrain from bringing suitcases, rucksacks and large bags into the Theatre. Many thanks for your cooperation.

Lost property

During a performance, all lost property found is held at the podium situated within the main foyer. After this time, please contact the Lyceum Theatre by completing our Lost Property Form.

Please note that the venue is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.

Cloakroom

The Lyceum Theatre cloakroom does not currently accept coats, only suitcases, heavy bags, rucksacks and pushchairs. A left luggage facility is available at Charing Cross station. Please note that the venue is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings. The cloakroom opens 90mins before the show, along with the rest of the venue.

Opening Times

The Lyceum Theatre doors open from an hour and a half before the show. During that time you can enjoy our bars, purchase merchandise and confectionery and use the cloakroom.

Bar

Named after the Lyceum’s conversion to a successful Ballroom in 1945, The Ballroom bar is open exclusively for show ticket holders an hour and a half prior to the show commencing. There are additional bars on each level of the venue. Only drinks in the stalls, and front rows of the Royal and Grand need to be in plastic.

Merchandise

Official show merchandise is available to purchase before and after the show, and during the interval from kiosks in the Main Foyer, Stalls and Grand Circle levels.

All purchases made at the theatre must be made using credit/debit cards only.

Toilets

The Lyceum Theatre has both male and female toilets on each level as well as accessible facilities in Stalls. Learn more about our accessibility

WiFi

Lyceum Theatre Guest Wi-fi is available in the venue for customers to connect to and enjoy free internet access. However, phones should always be switched off for the duration of the performance.
